Death by Chocolate, sponsored by Rotary Club of Shrewsbury, will be held Sunday, Jan. 29, from 1 to 4 pm.at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club, 284 East Temple St., Boylston.
A fun, family event to benefit Paton Playground Rebuild Project, high school scholarships and other local community programs. Sample tasty creations and vote for your favorite in each category. There will also be a silent auction, drawings for prizes and a cash bar. Participants include Buca di Beppo, CC Cookies, Chartwell at WPI, CocoBeni Confections, The Classy Cupcake, Crio Bru Brewed Cocoa, Darby's Bakery, Hebert's Candy, Price Chopper, Shrewsbury Girl Scouts, Something Sweet by Michelle, Stop Shop, Struck Catering, Wegmans Wicked Good Cookies. Tickets are $15 Adults, $5 for children under 12, $50 family cap and available at the door, at Central One Credit Union, Shrewsbury Credit Union and United Bank.
