There is a tendency for those of us with low credit ratings to become quite disheartened at the thought of applying for a loan of any type. The fact is that lenders tend to be interested in only a handful of factors associated with an application, and the credit rating is just one of them. 3. KeithUrban (Municipal Auditorium , Nashville, June): Technically, this was not a concert. It was a rehearsal. ButUrban was playing guitar and singing , so to me, that constitutes a show. He did some a cappella on "PutYou in a Song," an acoustic "Making Memories of Us" and then on a smaller stage about three inches from my face, "You'llThink of Me" and "Days Go By." Then he talked about how much Waylon Jennings ' "Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way" resonates sodeep with him. That resonated deep with me.

4. LeAnn Rimes (Joe'sBar, Chicago, August): She spent the bulk of the night absolutelynailing old-school country music , which she described as a lost art. So MerleHaggard 's "The Bottle Let Me Down." Waylon and Willie 's "Good HeartedWoman" and even her old "Blue" sounded fabulous. Plus, Rosie O'Donnell was there. Which was cool.

You will achieve nothing unless you have a commitment to achieve clearly defined goals. You will achieve nothing unless you have made that commitment a burning desire. Ask yourself why on January the first many people make a goal to lose weight and within a few days they are back on the chocolate bars!

Goals

You must set your goals, both business and personal; then develop a burning desire. The next step is acquire the knowledge you need; plan and just keep doing it. Do not give up no matter how long it takes and how little you progress seem to be making in working towards your goals? You will get there; no question. Practice makes perfect.
